He has the best personality and patience around! Bareback, trails, rodeo, pleasure or anything in between, you will be sure to love him. Oxbow is a finished barrel and pole horse, he does great in the gate and comes right back down the second heâs done. Heâs been hauled on the head and heel side both and does well in the box. Weâve tuned him up on the heel o metic and he has natural rate. Iâd recommend a confident rider for speed events as he likes a loose rein and room to go. Weâve done lessons on him, heâs had all different levels of riders on him. If youâre experienced he will be as quick and responsive as youâd like, but the second he feels a beginner on his back he will acknowledge that and go slow. Oxbow is a finished ranch horse, heâs been in the branding pen and done all the chores. He will cross logs, water and bridges and loves to go take a swim in the lake!! Oxbow gets along with all other horses, trailers and hauls well, loves a good bath and some grooming, will follow you to Canada and back and wants to be your best friend. He stands to get on and is good to catch. Heâs a farriers dream. This is the type of horse that you wonât ever forget even long after heâs gone. Itâs hard to come by horses like this! Oxbow just got a PPE, confirmed age, and passed 100% sound. Will be happy to help establish transportation. Will hold up to 3 days free of charge. Trailer headed to Billings 7/25, happy to accommodate a fill rate on that day if going that direction. Trailer headed to Texas 7/30, fill rate possible anywhere along the route as well.
