Partial On-Site LeaseLocated in Lithia, FloridaMercedes is a 12yo 14.2 quarter horse with hundreds of trail miles who is available for on-site lease. We trail ride all over and compete in obstacle challenges/practices, I have had her over jumps, and have diddle with barrels but have never actually put the time in. She has the sweetest personality, has great ground manners, works well under saddle, and always aims to please. However, she can have some spunky moments, while its nothing dangerous I do recommend an intermediate or an advance beginner whoâs working with a trainer.Lessee will have full access to all barn features including a fully lit arena and round pen. There are also barrels and jumps located outside the arena that are welcome to be used. Off property ride will also be an option for trails, lessons, and local shows with prior approval.Lessee will also have full access to Mercedes designated tack (including western and English) or are welcome to supply their own. Saddle fit MUST be approved.There are 3 lease options available:1 day a week (4 days a month) - $2502 days a week (8 days a month) - $3503 days a week (12 days a month) - $400Super laid-back small barn with ZERO drama, located just off Lithia Pinecrest. The barn is just down the road of Chico trails and about 10 minutes from Old Welcome/Alafia River Preserve and Alafia State Park.Videoâs available upon request.
