Doc Gave Me Sugar aka âEllaâ is a gorgeous 14.3HH buckskin broodmare. She was born in 2005 and is AQHA registered. She has had a few foals with her previous owner and the foal she was carrying when I bought her (the colt is my main riding horse now). As far as I know she has always been used just as a broodmare and was live covered. She is an easy keeper and has great. She isnât the easiest to catch in a big field and acts like a pretty typical range broodmare. Other than being caught to be wormed and vaccinated over the last couple of years she has been turned out with cows and our older gelding. I planned on letting her just hangout in the field and be a retirement buddy, but I am about to graduate college/move and I no longer have the room for her. She is very healthy and could probably carry a few more foals or just be a low maintenance pasture ornament/ buddy for another horse.
